Laminator Help

Hey everyone! I was blessed enough to get my donors choose project funded and finally got this scotch laminator! 

However, it's not working. The right side of EVERY single pouch comes out all crinkly. 

There is a clear/whitish plastic piece inside the laminator on the right side... I tried to take a picture, but, it's up inside the laminator... Do you see it? 

Any ideas for me?

Does your laminator wrinkle everything?

Do you have a plastic piece up inside your laminator? Help!
